At BodyLogic, we believe you have the innate strength and wisdom to self-heal, and indeed, to accomplish anything you wish to do in your life. Yet you may require assistance to learn to “tune in” to your body’s knowledge to self-heal. Without that ability, you may experience emotional, cognitive or spiritual blocks, and more often than not, physical pain.
BodyLogic’s unique approach in treating pain, trauma or injury is to look at the role of our four distinct bodies—physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual—in order to determine the roles each plays in your experience of pain. We observe what your body is already doing in each of these four areas, then work with you to release the blocks you are holding and thus facilitate healing.
Through manual muscle therapies, spiritual direction and life coaching skills, we help you re-align your bodies (physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual) so that you once again can access your own knowledge and wisdom to heal.
